Humans or humanoids?

Sometime last year, a massive military parade took place across Kim Il-sung Square in Pyongyang with hundreds of troops marching in elaborate formations.

What caught my eye most were the hundreds of women soldiers that were marching perfectly in tempo, as though they were marching to the beat of their own drum. They appeared like robots, with their feet and arms synchronized in perfect unity, and with their identical hair cuts.

It is undoubtedly an impressive feat, but it makes me wonder at the same time, how many hours of drills they had to go through to achieve this level of synchronization?
